Vital Legal focusses on providing best in class products. We have over time created policy benefits in conjunction with various groups, tailoring many of these to be suitable and exclusive to those groups. Marketing and administration, together with premium collection has been refined in over a decade worth of experience. Our two main focus areas are in the Legal Cover Benefits- including a Tax & Accounting Benefit and our Day-to-Day Hospital Cover Benefits.
ADMINISTRATION & IT PROCESS
Vital Legal has refined the administration Function in order to align with current and relevant operational requirements, but also to comply with associated industry regulatory requirements. As both a financial services provider licensee and cell captive holder, this is essential for daily business activity. Our in-house developed customer relationship management tools play an integral part in this process.
